Largest open space, wrapped in windows (which will need heavy acoustic velvet curtains or blackout/sound shades to control outside street noise and manage internal reflections).
Build: Ideal for your multi-cam video podcast desk, film set pre-production table reads, and community artist roundtables. Permanent backdrop featuring Dragonfly branding and Rental Studio Logo can be placed in front the studio logo if Necessary.
The Hospitality & Community Hub (Right)
The Self-Serve Cafeteria & Green Room (Current “Kitchen”):
Situated nicely away from the heavy tracking rooms, minimizing foot traffic noise while clients are recording.
Coffee/espresso station, mini-fridge, and snack bar.
The Restroom: Conveniently located right next to the kitchen and hallway.
